Our SEN and neurodivergent programme offers fully adapted, sensory-based sessions for children and young people with additional needs.

Our women's wellbeing programme addresses the unique health challenges women face, including domestic abuse recovery, menopause support, mental health, and preventative lifestyle education. We create safe, supportive spaces for women to rebuild confidence and prioritise their health.

  • Trauma-informed wellbeing workshops delivered by practitioners trained in domestic abuse dynamics and trauma recovery, creating psychologically safe spaces for healing.
  • Holistic domestic abuse recovery and lifestyle support combining practical health education, confidence-building, and peer mentoring.
