Our mental health determines how we think, feel and act.

Good mental health is when you feel positive about yourself and cope well with the everyday pressures. People with mental health problems often face stigma, which can prevent them from seeking help and hinder their recovery.

Our upcoming club will provide a platform to address issues and feelings, in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. We will be hosting exercises& activities which will promote positive wellbeing and help in emotional development.
